During our working years we were always renters in the Nuevo/Bucerias area. Dealing with landlords and all their games.

4 years ago we retired and became long term renters over the winter. But we don't speak Spanish and were uncomfortable/nervous with purchasing a condo and all the requirements.

Last year, I put out a few feelers to different real estate offices. It was John and Mexico Life that rose to the top. John started sending me multiple listings in the area we were considering. John addressed any and all questions and concerns, he put us in touch with a money forex company that can transfer money from our account in Canada to Mexico. This was a huge help.

Our comfort level was rising.

We have known John and Christie for about 10 years. Have followed their real estate pages and watched them grow. About a year ago we decided to sell our beautiful home in Bucerias.
