Melaque está a solo unos 10 minutos de distancia y tiene vida nocturna y entretenimiento adicional. Very nicely kept 2008-built 2-story home with two, 2 bedroom suites (4 bedrooms total), fully furnished, pool, rooftop palapa with 360-degree views over the town, mountains, and even a bit of the ocean. There's always a nice breeze in the palapa to stay a bit cooler. The home comes fully furnished and ready to move into or start renting. With lots of upgrades, like solar panels, air conditioning throughout, water filtration, and even the car is open for offers. If you have a nice family or want to purchase a home together, this would work very well, or just rent it out for the season. Still, have your own quarters and privacy and collect the funds from the renters to enjoy life. Barra is a great little community about 3.5 hours south of Puerto Vallarta and has many restaurants, great bars with nightly entertainment and music. Melaque is only about 10 minutes away and has additional nightlife and entertainment. Lots to do or just relax at home and on the nearby beautiful beaches.
