Kahle Moreton

Hi, I'm Kahle — born and raised right here in Bucerías and the Puerto Vallarta area, fully bilingual in English and Spanish. I graduated from UVC with a degree in International Commerce.

I'm 22, newly married, and about to become a father — and stepping into that next chapter has only deepened my appreciation for what a home really means. When my clients talk about finding the right place to raise their kids, host family over the holidays, or finally put roots down somewhere warm, I get it on a personal level.

Real estate is in my blood. My father has been selling property along Banderas Bay for more than 30 years, and joining him in the business is the most natural step I could imagine. I'm bringing the work ethic he taught me, paired with a fresh entrepreneurial drive and a lifelong love for this coastline.

When I'm not showing properties, you'll likely catch me singing classic rock and old jazz at restaurants and venues around the Bahía — I've been performing professionally for three years. Music has taught me how to connect with people and show up consistently, which is exactly how I show up for my clients.

Hola, soy Kahle — nací y crecí aquí mismo, en Bucerías y el área de Puerto Vallarta, completamente bilingüe en inglé y español. Soy egresado de UVC con licenciatura en Comercio Internacional.

Tengo 22 años, recién casado y a punto de convertirme en papá — y entrar en esta nueva etapa solo ha hecho que valore aún más lo que realmente significa un hogar. Cuando mis clientes me hablan de encontrar el lugar ideal para criar a sus hijos, recibir a la familia en las vacaciones, o por fin establecerse en un lugar cálido, lo entiendo de manera personal.

 Bienes raíces lo llevo en la sangre. Mi padre lleva más de 30 años vendiendo propiedades en Bahía de Banderas, y unirme a él en el negocio es el paso más natural que podía imaginar. Traigo conmigo la ética de trabajo que él me enseñó, junto con el empuje emprendedor de quien apenas empieza y un amor de toda la vida por esta bahia.

Cuando no estoy mostrando propiedades, lo más probable es que me encuentres cantando en restaurantes muscad de rock clásico y jazz  por toda la Bahía — llevo tres años cantando profesionalmente. La música me ha enseñado a conectar con la gente y ser constante — y así es exactamente como trabajo con mis clientes.
